My coaching, in person or virtual is a unique blend of getting to know you at your core. And sometimes we figure that out together. Finding out your passions, fears and desires in life and helping you navigate them
Massage Therapy
Being a licensed massage therapist at my core, I have sessions where life coaching happens and then afterwards you settle in for a relaxing massage, which helps you and your body relax into processing our session in the deepest of ways.
